Rebuild
Day One helps you see the gap between the business that created your current success and the business your next level will require. You will examine where founder dependence, outdated processes, business-model constraints and operating habits could become more expensive as you grow. The day also expands the conversation beyond revenue into institution-building, ownership and founder wealth so you are building something stronger, not simply bigger.
You will have specialized breakout options for wealth, health and wellness businesses, and financial services businesses. You will also take part in a two-hour operations working session with Dr. Wiljeana Glover of Babson College focused on identifying process constraints, improving how work moves through the company and finding practical opportunities to standardize, measure and improve the business.
Systemize
Day Two moves from diagnosis to execution. You will focus on the accountability, ownership, communication, scorecards and leadership rhythm that help a growing company keep moving without every question coming back to the founder. The goal is to help you build the management structure that turns good strategy into consistent execution.
From there, you will look at the growth systems that create more leverage, including referrals, acquisition, AI and smarter team decisions. You will learn how AI can change the economics of scaling by helping you get more from your people, your data and the knowledge already inside the company. You will also examine what the business actually needs before you add another person to payroll.
Scale and Execute
Day Three helps you determine whether the company is actually ready for the growth you want. You will assess the areas that determine whether scale creates leverage or chaos, strengthen how you create new opportunities through outbound and paid demand, and hear what scaling looks like while businesses are still in the middle of the work.
You will finish by building your 90-Day Scale Execution Plan. Instead of leaving with a notebook full of ideas, you will identify your biggest constraint, choose the one to three priorities that matter most and map what needs to happen next, who owns it and how you will measure progress.
